Adult Bible Studies

Adult Sunday School Class meets every Sunday at 9:30 AM. Come and discover how the truth of God’s Word comes alive as we study and apply the Bible to our daily lives. We are currently studying the book of Numbers.
Mom’s Bible Study- This class is for all moms. Come and be refreshed while the kids are in class.

Sunday School

Is led by Kirsten Chase (superintendent), and many faithful teachers, and substitute teachers. The goal of Sunday School is to teach the Word of God to everyone in our congregation so that we will grow in Christ. Sunday school also sponsors events throughout the year including Vacation Bible School, the Christmas Pageant and our Church Carnival/Picnic. Sunday School meets every Sunday morning at 9:30 AM throughout the entire year. Every age group has a place to learn.

Prayer Group

The prayer group meets weekly in different homes. We share prayer requests, pray, partake of the Lord’s Supper and enjoy a terrific time of fellowship. This ministry encourages many people within our congregation, especial our shut-ins who look forward to having the prayer group meet in their home.

Lutheran’s for Life Team

The Life Team is a Gospel-motivated group of members of the family of God that communicates and shares the amazing and lavishly abundant love of Christ in life issues within the church and outward into the community. Members are equipped through specialized training to be a relational conduit of expertise and practical resources pertaining to the multifaceted aspects of life ministry.

Women of the Word

Is made up of women of the congregation who desire to grow in their faith and serve the Lord. They meet monthly for Bible study, prayer and planning. They make sure that the altar is properly prepared for worship services along with filling the communion vessels. They hold many important fundraisers and plan many fun events throughout the year.

Men’s Ministry

The Men’s Ministry comprises of all the men of St. Paul’s. Our men’s group is listed with the Lutheran Hour Men’s Network. The men meet at 7:00 AM the second Saturday of each month for breakfast and Bible Study. The men organize an annual Men’s Retreat at to which all men are invited. The retreat offers times of relaxation, fellowship, speakers, and worship. The men also host a shoot-out and pig-out which involves a  big meal, and trap shooting.





Stephen Ministry

Stephen Ministers are congregation members trained by Stephen Leaders to offer high-quality, one-to-one Christian care to people going through tough times. A Stephen Minister usually provides care to one person at a time, meeting with that person once a week for about an hour. Twice a month, Stephen Ministers gather with their Stephen Leaders for supervision and continuing education. For information please call Dan Stahl or Sue Cox. Luther League

Is St. Paul’s youth ministry. The League is made up of all the jr. and sr. high students. The mission of The League. is to reach as many jr. and sr. high kids as possible with the good news of Jesus Christ. The League meets every 2nd and 4th Sunday from 6-8pm

Discipleship Academy

Is a focused study of  the Bible and Luther’s Small Catechism for those in grades 7-10 who wish to be confirmed in the faith. In Sunday school and Luther League students will receive a broad overview of the Bible. In the Catechism class they will learn the vital doctrines of the Lutheran Church.  The final step is a course on Christian Apologetics (how to defend Christian beliefs). Adults who wish to study Luther’s Small Catechism may contact the Pastor to begin a directed study course on the catechism which includes reading and writing assignments.

Saints & Sinners

This is a ministry that encourages fellowship within our congregation. The Saint’s & Sinners committee plans fun outings and events through which members get to know each other and have fun. Keep your eye on the church newsletter and bulletin for information.
